3. អតិថិជនអាចទទួលបានទំនិញក្នុងរយៈពេល៤ម៉ោងទៅ៧២ម៉ោង និងឥតគិតថ្លៃដឹកជញ្ជូនទូទាំង២៥ខេត្តក្រុង រាល់ការចំណាយអស់៣០$ ក្នុងមួយវិក្កយបត្រ។
4. អតិថិជនអាចស្នើសុំប្តូរទំហំ ពណ៌ និងម៉ូតផ្សេងបានក្នុងរយៈពេល៣ថ្ងៃក្រោយពីទទួលទំនិញ ក៏ប៉ុន្តែមិនអាចស្នើសុំប្តូរជាសាច់ប្រាក់វិញបានទេ។

4. Customers are able to request an exchange for a different size, color or different product within 3 days, but refund is not allowed.
5. Items are allowed to be exchange if they are unused, unwashed, and undamaged on original tag and products.
